ACC is a public home health agency that is primarily engaged in providing skilled nursing services and other therapeutic services, such as physical therapy, speech-language pathology services, or occupational therapy. At ACC we provide in-home care services and provide supervision of such services by a physician, registered nurse or licensed care giver; 
ACC maintains clinical records on all patients and is licensed in accordance with State and is approved by the State licensing agency. ACC has met all of the licensing standards found by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. We are now accepting new clients.
